My mother introduced me to makeup when I was in second grade. It was a Hello Kitty cream blush kit and I adored it. As I grew older, I developed a passion for art, color, and beauty. You could catch me doing my friends and family's hair and makeup in my spare time. It wasn't long before I found myself with a cosmetology degree and working as a makeup artist/sales associate for MAC Cosmetics. I also did bridal, runway, and even face painting on the side.

 

I left all that behind when tragedy struck over a decade ago. My grandfather, someone who was a role model for me all my life, was diagnosed with bone cancer. I quit my job and stopped pursuing my passion to take care of him. It's been a long time since I picked up my makeup brush to create something new, but I'm ready to become the artist I was born to be once again. 

 

I started Snatch Purrfection as a new creative outlet, one that inspires me as much as I hope it inspires you to be your own kind of "purrfect." It also stands as my portfolio as I get back into professional makeup artistry. I love the ability to transform someone's entire look and help them feel beautiful in their own skin. Hopefully, you'll follow me on my journey and we can share this experience together. ​
